iSphere is an awarded vendor on BuyBoard Contract 579-19 – Technology Equipment, Products, Services and Software.
iSphere is an approved BuyBoard Cooperative Contracts vendor. The Cooperative Contracts Program allows customers to purchase items directly from a BuyBoard-contracted vendor. Customers contact the vendor for product and pricing information. They also send their purchase orders, with the Buyboard contract number, and payments directly to the Cooperative Contracts vendor, not to Buyboard. This streamlines the order process so customers receive their products & services quickly!
How to Buy
In short, we need two items to be completed before work can begin:
A Statement of Work (SOW) agreed upon by both our customers and iSphere
A Purchase Order (PO)
Please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or call 1-800-210-3215 ext. 18 and one of our BuyBoard project managers will work with you to complete the SOW. Once the SOW is completed and executed, you can request a PO from your purchasing department to be submitted to iSphere. As soon as we receive the PO, we will begin work on your project.
